We're Graham and Emily, the directors of GMT Solutions
We’re a father and daughter family company, originally started by Graham in Buckinghamshire. We expanded in 2016 to open a second branch in Gloucestershire which is managed by Emily.
Graham’s background as a professional photographer meant that he was an early user of computers, so when people started asking him for IT assistance, he saw a business opportunity. When he’s not fixing computers or designing websites, Graham likes to get out on his bikes (both motor and push) and still has a keen interest in photography.
Emily was interested in computers from a young age and joined the company after university before joining the world of government/corporate IT. After a few years of this she decided that she missed working in a small business, so came back to the family firm and later opened the office in Newent. She’s always preferred reading to the outdoors but recently took up running and cycling, and has now finished several halves- and one full marathon, to her great surprise.
Because we started as a small business, we understand how small-to-medium sized businesses work, and how important your IT is to you.
