This strategic move significantly streamlined the migration process and, as an added benefit, by having the client perform this step, we were able to avoid the need for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) every single time we needed to log into their new email system.<\/p><p>One crucial aspect of this migration process was to meticulously verify that the total number of emails held in the Gmail account corresponded accurately to the total number of emails that were successfully imported into Microsoft 365.
